Position: Contract Manager

Location: Covering Central London and Home Couties

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £60,000 to £65,000 plus car or allowance

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Contract Manager for a full time, permanent position covering commercial sites across London and the Home Counties

This Contract Manager will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance contracts with a value of approximately £1.5 million or above. They will be managing a team of static and van mobile engineers that will include air conditioning, commercial heating and electrical.

The right person for this position will already have a strong background as a commercial Contract Manager within Facilities Maintenance. They will have managed large commercial contracts with a value of over a million pounds. They do need to come from a technical background preferably holding a technical qualification.

This Contact Manager will be expected to work remotely, but still happy to attend the office when needed.

Requirements

• Experience as a Contract Manager
• Technical experience within commercial facilities maintenance
• Managed service contracts with a value of over a million
• Full UK driving licence
• Must be able willing to travel into central London
• Holding a mechanical or electrical qualification is preferred
• Very client focused
