Security Service Engineer
Location: Newcastle
Salary: Up to £40,000 + OvertimeWe're looking for an experienced Security Service Engineer to join a growing business, servicing commercial sites across the North East.
The Role
- Service, maintenance, and fault-finding of security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control.
- Carry out servicing and maintenance of fire alarm systems where required.
- Work across a range of commercial sites, including care homes, car dealerships, offices, and industrial premises.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while maintaining strong technical standards.
Experience Required
Experience with any of the following systems is desirable:
Security
- Galaxy
- Paxton
- CCTV systems
- Intruder alarm systems
- Access control systems
Package
- Up to £40,000 basic salary
- Company van and fuel card

Overtime Rates
- Flat rate: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–8:00pm
- Time and a half: Monday–Friday, 8:00pm–12:00am, and Saturdays until 1:00pm
- Double time: 12:00am–5:00am, Sundays, and Bank Holidays
On-call engineers receive a £160 standby payment, plus overtime for all call-outs.
